You have the strength

for change & healing that lasts.

Therapy can help

Therapy can help. There you are in the kitchen, home after a long work day. Looking in the fridge, while trying to decide what to make for dinner you suddenly notice…

That tightness in your chest is tighter.

And your throat is tight too. Inhales and exhales are short and shallow. You try to take a deep breath, because that’s what they say to do…but then you notice your heart is beating quickly. A warm sensation has washed over you. Wow, your jaw is clenched and your chest feels so tight…

What is this? Why does this keep happening?

You pause, close your eyes. But the feelings get stronger, the tightness tightens. Now you can feel your heart pounding. What is this? Stress? How long is it going to last?

Your partner asks you a question and you snap back at them. Hard. Why did I do that? Now you really begin to wonder…

Why does this keep happening? Why do I keep doing this?

There are so many things under the surface that play a part. Often it takes a physical sensation or an old reaction or a behavior pattern to become large enough that we begin to pay attention. Therapy can peel back the layers, get under the surface and help identify where these thoughts, feelings or behaviors are coming from.

I can help you discover what it’s about and understand why it keeps happening. Your inner strength is there - we will access it, do deep healing and make lasting change. It’s possible - therapy can help.

We don't have to do all of it alone. We were never meant to.
