Cancellation & Attendance policy.

Cancellation & Attendance Policy

When we schedule an appointment, that time is reserved for you. You are financially responsible for your reserved appointment hour, whether or not you attend.

If you need to cancel an appointment, you’re welcome to request a make-up session within the week before, during, or after your missed appointment, if our schedules align. I will make every reasonable effort to accommodate a reschedule, though availability is not guaranteed.

If a make-up session is not scheduled within that timeframe, you will be charged the full session fee.

  • For insurance clients: This means you are responsible for the full amount your insurance typically pays for a session, not your copay or coinsurance. This charge is not covered by insurance and will be billed directly to the credit card on file.

Each client is allotted one (1) grace pass per calendar year to waive the fee for a missed or canceled appointment — no questions asked.

You will never be charged for sessions I need to cancel, and I’ll notify you of any planned absences in advance when possible.
